LUNAS was organized to provide solutions to electric cooperatives and clean energy developers in the Philippines who are facing challenges in strategic power procurement, systems and institutional improvement, and regulatory navigation. It will seek solutions for consumers whose electric rates have been high and who have not been sufficiently safeguarded under the deregulated and privatized power sector.
